Service Key Account Manager (M/F)

We are recruiting an "Service Key Account Manager " on behalf of one of our multinational clients, specialized in filling and packaging systems for beverages and liquid food.

The tasks of the Service Key Account Manager:

·         Assist customers in definition of needs in term of spare parts / service support.

·         Introduction of the company "service" products / service sales push.

·         Handling and follow-up of customer complaints, quality claims and breakdowns.

·         Active support in the payment review process.

·          Responsible for business development and acquisition of service orders.

·         Ensuring process quality (preparation of quality notification, submission of conspec).

·         Escalation level in the service area when necessary.

·         Escalation through pro-active solution finding in the business center.

 

Competencies:

·         Good knowledge of the industry and market requirements.

·         Technical background.

·         Open minded and accurate.

·         Knowledge of SAP/ E-commerce.

·         Good knowledge of the leading language in the region Maghreb and West Africa.

·         Very good knowledge of English (Level C1)

·         Good MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
