Employee disposition of finished goods

We are recruiting an “Employee disposition of finished goods ” on behalf of one of our multinational companies

About the position:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented employee disposition of finished goods to join a multinational company. This role focuses on disposition and administrative coordination of production orders for our finished goods and maintaining smooth communication with the head office in Cologne. Your strong organisational and analytical skills will contribute significantly to ensuring production processes and operational efficiency.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Raise and manage PO's, creating production orders in our ERP system and ensuring weekly disposition in line with production needs and that all information is accurate.
  • Production order adjustments until they are in line with the agreed capacities an available material.
  • Disposition post-processing:  Generating production documents like production orders or cutting files from ERP to file server.
  • Ongoing order reductions due to insufficient materials in production or entry of subsequent deliveries of missing material.
  • Invoice verification & processing within our ECM invoice system.

What you offer:

  • Apparel know-how: Basic understanding of apparel components (e.g., fabric, zippers, yarn) is a plus.
  • Office skills: Basic knowledge of Office tools, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • ERP systems: Confident handling of ERP/ECM software, working efficiently with various fields in several display masks simultaneously.
  • Communication & teamwork: Strong communicator, team player, and proactive in asking questions to facilitate continuous learning.
  • Analytical thinking: Ability to identify and comprehend process interconnections and recognize inconsistencies.
  • Problem solving & flexibility: Quick and effective response to unforeseen challenges in daily business.
  • Reliability & time management: High dependability, especially in routine tasks, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Diligence & accuracy: Attention to detail and self-monitoring practices to ensure quality work.
  • German and English language proficiency: German language is essential for simplifying communication and onboarding processes.
