Objectives of the position:
The Finance Advisor will support the Swiss financial controlling team by assisting with reporting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independent processing of day-to-day accounting
- Preparation and booking of provisions and accruals
- Support the monthly closing tasks
- Handling of general mailboxes (customer inquiries, refunds, clarifications)
- Bank postings and cash reconciliations
- Reviewing, posting and reconciling incoming invoices
- Processing voucher-related requests and the associated workflows
- Acting as a contact for internal departments and external partners
- Providing general administrative support and assistance with ad-hoc topics
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- University degree in accounting
- Experience in a similar role; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills; German is mandatory (B1–B2 level, written and spoken)
- Methodical and organized approach to assigned tasks
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Ability to build cross-border relationships with multiple business partners at all levels
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach, seeking new ways to enhance processes, improve customer satisfaction, and support business growth
