Head of Quality Management Plant

We are recruiting a "Head of Quality Management Plant" on behalf of one of our multinational companies.

The tasks of the Head of Quality Management Plant:

• Maintenance and expansion of the QM/UM/ISMS system in accordance with customer or industry requirements,
• Ensuring the legal and standard compliance of all products and services
• Ensuring product and process quality as well as ensuring product safety
• Development of methods and measures to ensure compliance with specified quality standards and monitoring of implementation
• Consideration of customer requirements in operational processes
• Carrying out risk / or hazard analyses
• Coordination of measurement technology, measurement system analysis
• Collection of quality data, statistical evaluation
• Analysis of the causes of the occurrence of quality defects and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
• Advice and coaching of employees in all quality issues
• Establishment of quality circles
• Training of employees on methods and measures of quality assurance
• Planning and conducting internal and external audits
• Initiating improvement projects and tracking the CIP
• Management of complaints (customer and supplier side)
• Documentation and regular reporting to "Global Head of QM" and plant management

Competencies:

• Relevant industry, manufacturing and product-related know-how
• In-depth knowledge of the respective manufacturing and production processes or the provision of services
• Business knowledge
• Internal auditor qualification (VDA6.3, IATF 16949 2nd party)
• Experience in the use of software programs, especially quality management systems and statistical programs, but also office applications
• Knowledge of the relevant norms, standards and technical rules (ISO 9000 et seq., IATF 16949...)
• Overview of the different quality management models
• Broad repertoire of methods in the field of quality tools (such as APQP, FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, ...)
• Experience with auditing and certification procedures (such as ISO 9001, IATF, ISO 14001 ...) and their implementation
• Written and spoken English language skills
